Final Director approval: DIAZ MUNOZ Pedro (ESTAT.E) > OK on 11 October 2013 Few EN suggestions: Tim ALLEN, 11/10/13 Louise Corselli-Nordblad, 14/10/2013: Two small things: - In the paragraph Share of energy from renewable sources: electricity - the value for Norway is 104.8 - should either be mentioned like that or rounded to 105, not as 104 as it is now. - It is mentioned Slovak Republic in the table - this should only be used in legal documents. In publications and tables etc. Slovakia should be used.
Marek Sturc 14 October 2013: - Value for Norway corrected to 104.8 as we show all values with one decimal place. - Slovak Republic changed to Slovakia in all tables
I have no additional comments! Mariana Kotzeva, 16/10/2013
================================
- 05.03.2015 : Some comments concerning the graphs/tables layout:
- Tables 1 until 4 included we miss the dash in EU-28
- Table 5: the aggregate line EU-28 should be coloured (excel add-ins, option EU-EA aggregate)
- All tables: the titles are abbreviations, like RENEWABLES-EU28-2013.png, should be "Share of energy from renewable sources in gross final consumption of energy" etc.
- In all tables it is nicer not to have the % sign after each figure and instead put the title with ",%"
- Table 5: the abbreviations should be spelled out
Comments on consistency tables/text:
- Main statistical findings: "In 2012 the share of energy from renewable sources increased again and reached 14.1 %." => it is 14.3% in the table and I would add "and increased further to 15.0% in 2013."
- Share of energy from renewable sources in gross final consumption of energy: Last sentence 2nd paragraph - I changed the English a bit + as far as I can see, Malta and the UK are not below but the same.
- Latvia is more than 1 pp from the target (2.9pp) + Lithuania is on the taget.
Happy to discuss of course! Louise Corselli-Nordblad 5/3/2015 - - - - - - - All changes implemented. Percentage changes mentioned for Malta, UK, Latvia and Lithuania are due to the rounding to 1 decimal place- if more decimal places are displayed, the values are not the same and consequently the text is correct.
