One comment:

I really don't follow the sentence "the evolution since 2002 is relatively stable for 11 Member States, not showing any large increase before 2008 nor any large drop afterwards. This group includes, in addition to Slovakia and Slovenia, France, Italy, Romania, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg as well as Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania - all showing a massive rise, then a large drop, followed by a gradual but strong recovery."

Firstly, why are SI and SK singled out, followed by the others (making incidentally a total of 14 MS, not eleven...)? This would be better as one list in protocol order. Secondly the statement "not showing any large increase before 2008 nor any large drop afterwards" does not go with "all showing a massive rise, then a large drop, followed by a gradual but strong recovery."

You need to think about what you are trying to say, then say it clearly and simply.
