First sentence of the main findings: we can not see why the period 2000 to 2003 was taken – except to extend the analysis by one year. By extending to 2003 it gives the impression that this was a period of slow growth, whereas in fact there were 2 years of falls compensated by one year of faster growth. We have changed the dates to 2000 to 2002 and split the analysis of the period into three parts: growth, decline, growth.
