SPECIFIC CHANGES TO XLS FILE
Figure 2:
The EU-27 total, which included Norway, has been corrected.
Map 1:
Data was updated to 2007 and the "-999" value for ES63 was suppressed as it is not available. We revised the categories: the old categories had a very large number of regions in the lowest category and few in others - the map was mainly pale green. In particular there were very few units in the top category. The categories we propose have a more even distribution, although with again a reduced number of units in the top category (but more than previously) in order to define the regions with the most intensive densities. ESTAT D4 will arrange for the map to be made in PDF format for the YB 2011 - ensuring that the correct GISCO-style map is produced (the image should then be replaced once the new map is available).
Comment Ludivine Baudouin (Production unit) 04.01.2011:
OK with the editing and formatting done by Informa.
The XLS file has been revised and uploaded.
Figure 1: I have changed the order of the series in the graph.
Figure 2: OK with correction made by Informa.
Map 1: OK with proposal suggested by Informa. Eurostat unit D4 should ask GISCO for a new version of the map.
Comment Marc Debusschere, D4, 05 01 2010
In agreement with Ludivine, unit editor for the page: removed Informa banner, temporarily removed Excel section (to be re-inserted when comments are cleared and figure and map are redone in Excel file - and new versions of both uploaded), made some minor lay-out and link edits, and validated Informa and unit improvements to new stable page.
Comment INFORMA 5.1.2011
Tables/figures were refreshed on 05.01.2011 and the clean version of the XLS file was reinserted into the draft version of the article.
ESTAT D4 will request a new PDF of the map (based on the same data with different shading boundaries) and when this is provided INFORMA will update the image for the map - otherwise, the article is considered as final.
Comment Ludivine Baudouin 5.1.2011
OK with the refreshed tables and figures.
But I am confused as also the map has been refreshed (by Informa? why?) and contains some mistakes: the classes are still the old ones and data seem to refer to 2005. Please ESTAT D4 make sure the map is made with 2007 data and with the new classes, as provided in the most recently uploaded excel file.
Comment Jukka Piirto, D4, 13 01 2010
New map in preparation since 6.1.2011. When it's ready it has to be integrated (picture, Excel file and map's picture in the Excel file)
